At Bamboozle Theatre Space - Leicester

Greg runs a youth theatre for the Young Actors Company for children 8-19 years old.  This is for children who take a serious interest in learning the art of acting.  This group has successfully performed a variety of different shows.

At Desford Primary School

Lisa runs a drama club for children who attend Desford Primary.  This club concentrates on increasing children's confidence and self esteem through drama and also the beginnings of stage skills.  Children of all ages were incredibly successful when performing 'Somewhere over the Rainbow'.

Summer Youth Theatre

The Specialists run a week in the summer currently for children aged 5-11 years in the Desford area.  The children will work in the week and put on a show to proudly perform to parents on the Friday afternoon.  This is a chance for children to get involved with acting, dancing and singing as well as making props and set design.  Please get in touch for details of this year's week of fun.

Future Possibilities

If we have enough interest then we could also work with children of 11 years and above for a week in the summer to showcase older children's talent.  We may also set up a youth theatre group for children of 11 years and above in the Desford area if there is enough demand.  Please get in touch to register your interest/find out more details.
